Well, that's a frank statement, and not quite what he expected. Nothing wrong with that, though. "We'll have a lot of down time, but I do like just... hanging around." There's something to be said for just reading in the same room as someone else. A comfortable kind of silence that you don't get when you're by yourself.

The freighter is a good one, one that doubles as luxury passenger transport, though it's been a bit stripped down to allow for more cargo. But the crew has individual cabins, each with its own shower, and the galley is downright palatial by spaceship standards. The bunks are big enough for one person, even two in a pinch--not that Poe thinks that's going to be an issue for him.
